Clinical Education Capacity and Rotations PowerBI
There are multiple tabs in the Capacity and Rotation PowerBI dashboard. This knowledge base article goes through each tab of the dashboard.
- Use the drop down filters in each dashboard tab to filter data appropriately for the view needed. Data in the dashboard refreshes every weekday morning. Changes made during the day will not be reflected in the dashboard until the next business day.
- Use the green reset button in the top right of the dashboard to resent the filters.
- Export the chart data by hovering over the chart to see options > click the three dot ellipsis for More options > Export data
All OMS3/4 Required Status
The purpose of this chart is to view all current OMS3 and OMS4 students and if they have a required rotation schedules, in progress or completed.
Capacity - Required
The purpose of this chart is to view all current capacity availability by Site/Rotation/Block to assist in finding rotations that need scheduled/rescheduled.
Overall Rotation Tracker
The purpose of this chart is to track and view student's clinical rotations. Included data shows how many weeks a student has in each rotation type and any gaps they may have in their schedule.
Students by Block/Preceptor
The purpose of this chart is to view all scheduled preceptors by block/start date/end date and what students are rotating with them at that time.
Preceptors by Clinical Site
The purpose of this chart is to show which preceptors are connected to a clinical site. Use CTRL to multi-select clinical sites in the filter.
TBD Preceptor
The purpose of this dashboard is to view rotations that are scheduled with the TBD, Preceptor and need to be updated to the correct preceptor.
Preceptor, No
The purpose of this chart is to view rotations that are scheduled with the Preceptor, No and need to be updated to the correct preceptor.
Unassigned Clinical Site
The purpose of this chart is to view rotations that are scheduled with the the Unassigned clinical site and need to be updated to the correct clinical site.
