Overview
HCOM uses a system called Salesforce to track student information and communicate with students. It's important that students add Salesforce email addresses to their safe senders lists to ensure all communication is received and not sent to their junk folders.
How to add Salesforce to your Safe Sender List
- In Outlook, from the Home tab, find "Junk"
- Select "Junk Email Options..."

- Go to the "Safe Senders" tab
- Click "Add" and enter noreply@salesforce.com
- Click "OK", then "Apply" at the bottom
