Logging In to Vector Solutions

In order to log in to Vector, visit:

Note: The Vector login is behind OHIO's single sign-on (SSO). Use your OHIO email and password to log in.

If you are unable to log in to Vector via the links above, follow these steps:

  • Check your OHIO email inbox.
    • If you have been assigned training, you should have an email from a "@safecolleges.com" domain or from an OHIO domain. We suggest performing a universal search for "Vector", “SafeColleges”, or "SafeSchools" in your inbox to determine if the URL has been shared with you in past correspondence. Visit Identifying Official Vector Solutions Emails from OHIO for more information.
      • Note: Please make sure to check your "Junk" and/or "Clutter" folders in your OHIO email. 
  • Create a ticket with the Office of Information Technology
    • The Office of Information Technology can provide you with your login information and help with login issues.

Outcome: You should now be able to log in to Vector Solutions.

Training is Not Working

You can resolve most issues by following these steps:

  • Make sure your browser is up to date
  • Switch browsers. Preferred browsers are:
    • Google Chrome
    • Mozilla Firefox
    • Safari (Apple devices only)
    • Microsoft Edge (compatibility view is not supported)
  • Clear your cache
  • If you seem stuck, your screen may be zoomed in too much, causing you to miss a prompt or navigation button. To reset zoom to default settings:
    • PC or Chromebook: Press Ctrl + 0 (zero)
    • Mac: Press Command + 0 (zero)

Additional Troubleshooting Options:

  • Close all other applications and browser tabs (i.e. Spotify, iTunes, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Activate full screen mode:
    • Windows: Select F11.
    • Mac: Select View from the browser menu and select Full Screen.
    • Chromebook: Press F4.
  • Disable all pop-up blockers and 3rd party toolbars.
  • Enable 3rd party cookies.
  • Ensure pop-ups are allowed.
  • Reboot the computer.
  • If on a wireless connection, try a wired connection.
  • Try accessing the course from a different internet connection (computer lab, library, home, etc.).
  • Try accessing at a different time of day.
