A list of eMedley release updates by date. If you find a recent update that is not on the list please submit a tech ticket to hcomtech@ohio.edu.
Updates that occurred prior to 10/10/2025
Granting course, section, and gradebook permissions
- Update for Admin users
- Previously when granting permissions the option was to update permissions by either role (Admin, Instructor, Staff, etc.) or by specific faculty. Now grant the permission by access level first and then limit to specific faculty within that access level or allow permission for all within that access level.
Quick Link to Announcements, Homework, or Discussions
Didactic > educate > Learning Management > educate LMS > Sections > Feed > Quick link to Announcements, Homework, or Discussions
- Update for students, staff, and faculty
- Minimize with button above list of quick links
Change to Curriculum Analysis Reports
Intelligence > reporting > Curriculum Reports > Curriculum Analysis
- Update for Admin users
- Additional data has been added to the course and course objective data fields
Course, Section, and Gradebook Permissions
- Update for Admin users
- Verbiage for permission screen changed to "Share" or "Share Gradebook"
