A list of eMedley release updates by date. If you find a recent update that is not on the list please submit a tech ticket to hcomtech@ohio.edu.

Update for TCC users only
Grant all functionality and reporting related to the TCC access level to the Adminstrator 2 access level, including:
- Clinical>eCLAS>Competency Map
- Clinical>eCLAS>TCC 360 Competency Evaluations
- Clinical>eCLAS>Clinical Activity Reports>TCC 360 Aggregate Report
- Intelligence>eValuate+ Reports>TCC Semester Self Assessments
Update Faculty with the TCC access level to Administrator 2. Remove TCC access level.

Update for all users
Intelligence>LMS Reports>Student Rotation Grades report
- Added filter for APA
- Added the following columns: APA, Cohort, Student Number, Student Email
- The export now includes the four additional columns

Update for Admin users
Enhancements to Didactic>eduCATE LMS>Section>Gradebook
Under the “Actions” tab, include a drop-down menu to “Update All Assignments”. This would update all assignments in the selected gradebook and pull the most recent grades for Evaluations, Tests, Attendance.

Update for Admin users
Didactic>eduCATE LMS>Section>Gradebook>Gradebook Settings
New tab labeled "Column Visibility", allows the person setting up the gradebook to choose which columns to display (similar to the Choose Columns option in the ellipses of an individual column). Only columns that have been checked will be displayed when anyone accesses the gradebook for that section. This will not impact the list of columns shown under ellipses > Choose Columns

Update for all users > Profile (top right corner)
Ability to change the system profile year is also now available separately from the profile drop down options.
Click the system profile year > select the system year that you want to view > system will update accordingly

Update for Admin users
Didactic>Examn>Tests>Select Test>Actions>Share
When granting View permissions to Faculty for a test, the verbiage has changed from 'Can View' to 'Can View Submission List'

Update for Admin users
Intelligence > enlight > reporting > Schedule Reports > Clinical Schedules >
The schedule ID has been added as a data field in the interface and report export
- No data in the schedule ID field means the rotation has not been published or approved

Update for Admin and Faculty users
Some report exports have an additional spreadsheet tab that is a cover sheet listing the filters and values on the report export
Report data is on the second tab

Granting course, section, and gradebook permissions

Update for Admin users
Previously when granting permissions the option was to update permissions by either role (Admin, Instructor, Staff, etc.) or by specific faculty. Now grant the permission by access level first and then limit to specific faculty within that access level or allow permission for all within that access level.
