Logging in to the RedSky MyE911 app


In order for MyE911 to quickly and accurately communicate your precise location to first responders in the event of an emergency, you must be logged in to the app on your device.

RedSky MyE911 is essential for Jabber users.  If you use Microsoft Teams softphone exclusively and do not use Jabber, there is no need for the RedSky MyE911 app.  Please follow the instructions on the Emergency 911 Calls in Microsoft Teams page to ensure you have the correct settings for location emergency location sharing within Microsoft Teams.


PC, Mac, smartphone, tablet


You will only need to log in to each device once.

  1. After you have installed the app, enter your OHIO email in the email field.

  2. Enter https://anywhere.e911cloud.com in the host field.

  3. RedSky Technologies will send a verification code to your email that you will need to enter after logging in.

Outcome: You should now be able to log in to the RedSky MyE911 app on your device.
