Identity and Access Platform (IdAP) provides a security centered identity, account, and credential management framework that defines an individual’s level of access to university IT managed systems. IdAP strives to ensure all members of the University community have appropriate on-time access needed to meet their university goals while providing appropriate levels of account security and compliance.

Identity and Access Management (IdAM) is a security platform that encompasses account authentication, authorization, credential management, provisioning, and lifecycle management.

Single Sign-On

(Currently in A&I) Provides mechanisms to ensure users login to all compatible applications in a single and unified way, enforcing policy controls, authentication mechanisms, and baseline authorization in one place. Implements OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML 2.0.

Multi Factor Authentication Platform

Multi Factor Authentication Platform (MFA) is a security control that provides another factor of authentication beyond passwords.
