Microsoft 365 (M365) is a subscription service that includes access to Microsoft applications, online productivity services, and business services such as web conferencing, hosted email, and online storage. It also includes mobile versions of Microsoft applications for smartphones and tablets.

Web-based search tool for finding available courses. Integrated with PeopleSoft SIS.


Online Proctoring is a fee-based service that allows students to take a proctored exam on their own device from a location of their choosing if their instructor has enabled the feature for their course.


Web application that provides self-service access for faculty and staff to perform HR related tasks.


Encryption software for use with sensitive data.


The Top Hat student response system utilizes students' personal devices (smart phones, tablets, laptops, etc.) combined with a random 4-digit attendance code to track attendance.


Online calendar tool for scheduling meetings with colleagues, students, and other OHIO account holders.


Some OHIO classrooms and meeting spaces allow you to use Wi-Fi to send video and audio from a laptop or mobile device to the classroom's flat panel or projector. The University currently uses two different display projection technologies: Solstice and AirMedia.


Document cameras are located in classrooms so that you can display physical objects on the computer or projection screen.

OneNote is a digital notebook for capturing and organizing information and data across all of your devices. Jot down your ideas, keep track of classroom and meeting notes, clip from the web, or make a to-do list, as well as draw and sketch your ideas.

Provisioning, activation, management, and deactivation of OHIO online credentials, including OHIO IDs and passwords and sponsored guest accounts.
