Azure Multi-Factor Token Request

If you do not have a phone to use for multi-factor authentication, you can request a physical device called a hardware token to authenticate with Azure MFA.

Changing Your OHIO ID

The process to change your OHIO ID within OHIO University systems.

ID Cards

Your Ohio University ID card is used to verify your status as a student, faculty or staff member in good standing. Student IDs are validated by registration/enrollment information, while staff IDs are validated based on Human Resources records.

Multi-Factor Authentication: Azure

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) protects you against lost or stolen passwords by adding a verification step to your OHIO login with the Microsoft Authentication App (Azure).

OHIO Guest Accounts

A faculty or staff member can sponsor an OHIO guest account so that the guest can gain privileges such as network access, library access, email, Blackboard, CommonSpot, WebCMS, and other academic or administrative services as deemed appropriate.

Password Manager: LastPass

Password Manager provides the capability to centrally manage and store multiple passwords in a single application behind one strong master password. The service also enables individuals to securely share passwords with designated recipients.

Service accounts play a critical role in enabling automated processes and system integrations. This service can be used to manage Service Accounts at OHIO University.
