Manage your voicemail online using WebInbox 

WebInbox allows you to listen to voicemail messages and manage your account settings online. 

Note - If you are having issues using this web interface, try using a different browser. 

Setting up email and text message notifications 

To set up email and/or text message notifications when a voicemail has been left for you. 

Note: this option only provides you with the notification, not a voicemail attachment.

  • Forgot your PIN? Go to the Voicemail service page to create a ticket. Request that your voicemail PIN be reset. You will need to provide your OHIO ID and the phone number associated with the voicemail that needs to be reset
