Categories (5)

ID Cards

Your Ohio University ID card is used to verify your status as a student, faculty or staff member in good standing. Student IDs are validated by registration/enrollment information, while staff IDs are validated based on Human Resources records.

Multi-Factor Authentication

Multi-factor authentication adds a mobile app-based or hardware token verification step to your OHIO login.

Important: Microsoft is making changes to Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) to improve account security and reduce reliance on authentication methods that are more vulnerable to phishing and fraud. As part of this initiative, Microsoft-provided SMS text message and phone-call authentication methods will no longer be supported beginning February 1, 2027.

OHIO Accounts

Provisioning, activation, management, and deactivation of OHIO online credentials, including OHIO IDs and passwords and sponsored guest accounts.

Password Manager: LastPass

Password Manager provides the capability to centrally manage and store multiple passwords in a single application behind one strong master password. The service also enables individuals to securely share passwords with designated recipients.

Single Sign-On Integration: Microsoft Azure

Allows login to a variety of applications using your OHIO login credentials.
